God bless our troops
There’s a young or woman far from home,
Called to serve their nation in a time of war,
Sent to defend our freedom
On some distant foreign shore
We pray You keep them safe,
We pray You keep them strong,
We pray You send them safely home,
For they’ve been away so long.
Bless those who await their safe return,
And those who mourn the lost,
Bless those who serve this country well,
No matter what the cost.

Great prayer Anil. It’s so important for all Christians to continually raise up our troups and our leaders in prayer.

Anil As a Mother of a son in the military I appreciate you reminding everyone to continue to pray for our troops. Alot of our military do feel forgotten and even cursed by fellow Americans
I know when my son came back from Iraq he was verbally attacked by anti-war protesters who were so militant that they could have given the Iraquis a run for their money. I guess they do not recognize their own hate – they just like to point fingers There are troops being sent to dangerous places every day, risking and giving their lives for our freedom so lets show them the respect
and honor that they deserve – lets continue to bless and pray for them
